At Sara & Lara Perfumes, we pride ourselves on the quality of our products and the satisfaction of our customers. Given the nature of our products and our dedication to customer service, the following is our Refund and Return Policy, which covers both wholesale and retail purchases.

2. Returns

2.1. Eligibility for Returns

  • The product must be unused and in the same condition in which it was received.
  • It must be in its original packaging.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

2.2. Non-returnable items

Due to the nature of our business, and for hygiene and safety reasons, opened and used perfumes cannot be returned.

2.3. Wholesale Returns

Wholesale returns are subject to a restocking fee of [X%] of the purchase price.

3. Refunds

  • Once we receive the returned item, it will undergo an inspection. If your return is approved, a refund will be initiated to your original method of payment.

  • For wholesale orders, after deducting the restocking fee, the balance will be refunded to the original method of payment.

  • Refund processing times depend on your card issuer's policies.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged product or an item different from what you ordered:

7. Return Shipping

  • For returns due to our error (received a damaged/defective/incorrect item), we will cover the return shipping costs.

  • For all other returns, you will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
